mactaquac, fredericton & earth caches
Today was our day to finish up the Earthcaches in the Fredericton area. The day started off a bit drizzly as we learned all about oxbow lakes at the "no sugar tonight..." earthcache. However by the time we reached the Route 8 Mystery Waters, the rain had already stopped and it was starting to get pretty warm.
We made a quick stop to see some eolian dunes near Fredericton but were much more impressed by Howland Falls.
The day was turning out to be pretty hot and sticky so we decided to spend the rest of the day back at Mactaquac. Samantha and Christopher were happy to play at the beach and the playground.
