ride: pitoune

"Since Expo67, the Pitoune has thrilled young people and grown-ups alike. The cars can accommodate four adults or six children for a total of 1,200 persons per hour. This is the most popular family ride at La Ronde. The cars climb a first incline and run along the track between the foundation slabs, dropping and curving until they arrive at the top of a huge incline, poised for the ride's final big splash."

what is that in the air?

did someone make a deal with the devil?

it's almost grandma and sam's turn.

one last smile before getting in.

and off they go!

a gentle spray to get them a little wet right from the start

sam tries to convinve grandma to put her hands in the air!

weeeee... down they go!

splash! all wet... I wonder if grandma enjoyed the ride?
