Painting Wands
In the afternoon they had an activity for the kids where they could paint some wands. For just one euro the kids got their names burned on their wands and then they donned aprons and created their masterpieces. This is the first trip to Austria where Christopher could participate in all the activities so he was very serious about the job at hand!
You can buy some ready-made wands or paint your own... of course the kids wanted to paint their own!
The wands cost 1 Euro and the kids get their names on them.
Both of the kids' names have been burned on.
The kids have their aprons and wands and are ready to paint!
Christopher gets right to it.
Mom helps out by holding the wand for Christopher.

Wand painting takes a lot of concentration.
Samantha is also carefully choosing her colours.

The kids show off their masterpieces.
The hedgehog is used to hold the wands while they dry and the kids get cleaned up.
