Puerto Rico - January 13, 2024

There was a storm in Canada (affecting more than just Ottawa), so unfortunately, my orginal flights got cancelled and instead of going to Puerto Rico via Toronto and arriving at 2:30pm, I ended up flying to Ronald Reagan airport (in Washington D.C.) and then had to take a couple metros and a bus to get to Dulles airport and then to Puerto Rico. This made it that I didn't arrive until midnight and this had a trickle affect on my plans, including but not limited to, the rental car company cancelling my reservation despite me corresponding with them to let them know my arrival time would be later. I could rant much longer but I won't.
