Wandel Route along the Sint Joris baai

I had high hopes for this trail and it looks like they are trying to make it nicer by having a picnic area at the parking area along with some artsy things to try to keep you motivated to keep going… but once you leave the parking area, unfortunately, the trash from the ocean gets carried into the bay and is littered along the shoreline. There was a faded barely legible sign that said “See the beauty in everything”… I tried, but I only went about 1km, and when I saw that it appeared that the trail would most likely all be like this, I turned around and decided to spend more time elsewhere.

Thankfully the birds don’t seem to care, so like everywhere else, I got to see birds along the trail.
