Tree of Life

The name made me want to go check this tree out and it was a short hike (less than hour there and back) but it turned out that the tree was not the only highlight of this hike. You can also stop to explore some of the Newtown mine ruins along the way. And of course there are always little critters and birds to spot on any hike. And as a bonus, there was a nice scenic view at the tree of life.
