We spent about an hour in the blowing cold wind with the puffins before moving on to find a place to stay for the night. We had a few short stops to take some pictures while heading for the next 'guest hut' marked on our map. Unfortunately when we got there, we realized it was really more of an emergency stop than a guest hut but by this time the wind had picked up tremendously, it was really late, and we had no idea where else to camp so decided this qualified as an emergency. The shelter was warm but by 5am the wind was howling such that we seriously thought that either our module or our car might get blown off the mountain and so we decided to get up and forge on. This honeymoon was definitely an adventure!
