Iceland: Day 18 - Blue Lagoon & Perlan

It was a chilly and overcast day and we had 2 main objectives - to check out the world famous Blue Lagoon and to get some laundry done.
The laundry ended up being a huge hassle. We found a youth hostel with campground in the suburbs of Reykjavík and the girl working there was very nice and showed us how to use the washing machine that would take over an hour to run. Unfortunately a belt off one of our pants got caught in the dryer mechanism, breaking the machine and leaving us with a huge pile of soaking wet laundry. We stuck around waiting for a repairman to come but hours later the problem still hadn't been fixed and most of our day had been wasted. So we hung the laundry to dry outside our tent and decided this was the perfect evening to have some fine dining at the Perlan restaurant in Reykjavík.
